In 2019, Michael led the RFH buyout of Royal Fidelity’s Bahamas and Barbados based banking operations from RBC Royal Bank and Fidelity and the pension business of Fidelity bank in Cayman. Prior to assuming his new role, Michael was a 30 year + veteran of the Fidelity Group, having started his career with the company as Vice President, CFO of Fidelity’s Cayman based banking and insurance brokerage operations in 1987. He was appointed as Vice President and CFO of the Fidelity Group in 1995 and co-led the 1995 MBO by the Fidelity Group of British American Holdings Ltd.’s banking operations in The Bahamas and the Cayman Islands.

 

Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Bank & Trust International. Prior to joining the Fidelity Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2007, he spent 34 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in London and The Bahamas, and specialized in Banking, Insurance, Receiverships and Management Consultancy during his career. Mr. Hackett retired as Senior Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bahamas in June 2006.

With over 5 decades of real estate experience, Larry is a licensed Broker, Past President of The Bahamas Real Estate Association and a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). Mr. Roberts recently retired as the CEO and Managing Broker at NAI Bahamas Realty Commercial and now specializes in negotiating sales and leasing of commercial properties.

Management Consultant with over 50 years experience (both local and international) in the hotel industry. His business acumen and leadership style has made him synonymous to transformative leadership within the industry. Ernest has a track record of service delivery, with in depth knowledge of financial reporting and budget control.

Senior Property Manager at Bahamas Property fund, Marcus brings over ten years of property management experience with him. He has managed all types of commercial properties, has strong management skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills.
